New Body Love and Dance Coaching

This has truly been the year of transformative shifts! It definitely has been a trying time for all of us as we are navigating the changes and the challenges. For David and myself, we are doing our best to go with the flow as we are facing it all. To give a bit of perspective, usually this time of year, from Memorial Day till Halloween, I am usually fully booked traveling and performing with the Barefoot Truth Dancers. We are usually camping almost every weekend at a different music festival or event in between my 3- 12 hour shifts working as a Biomedical Apheresis Charge at the American Red Cross. David has just started getting busy with his Real Estate business now in August, when usually it picks up around April. So along with all of the shock of what's happening in the world, we are facing significant financial trials. Covid hit shortly after a month-long road trip to California to visit my dad, who has been in long-term care with health complications. He hasn't been able to have visitors since. To add wind to the fire, Mojo had a very scary episode of pneumonia which caused kidney failure, which initially we were told he would not survive(Thank God he is doing so much better!) Needless to say, I started thinking of new approaches to my business and brainstorming ways to add to our income. Everyone has been extremely supportive as we have been facing everything., and it has been so appreciated!!

After a 3 year break from nutrition and lifestyle coaching and consulting, I have decided to start taking on new clients interested in a wholistic and body-positive approach to lifestyle, dance, mindset, and nutritional coaching. as well as offering products that I use myself and that I believe in  I recently (re)signed up as a consultant for Arbonne and as a coach for Beachbody about a year ago, initially just because I LOVE and missed their nutritional and skincare products and the Beachbody workouts were strengthening and conditioning my muscles for dance and I could feel the difference in the way my body felt... and I wanted the discount(what we call a "discount coach"). I literally use both Beachbody and Arbonne products every single day, so I wanted as much savings as I could get! And while I missed the coaching aspect, every once in a while I would be tempted to start coaching and consulting again, but then I would remember how much I HATE SELLING THINGS, and would easily dissuade myself.

What I recently realized is I don't have to do things the traditional ways. I don't have to actively sell, but instead just do the part that I love, helping people achieve their goals, and promote and recommend the products I genuinely love and think could help people, while focusing on my own authentic mission and brand. I am committed to being 100% real and not the phony, salesy person I felt like I was being while doing sales in the past. So if you are reading this and thinking, "oh God, not another MLM phony!", then trust me, I know that feeling, and will do everything I can to NOT be THAT PERSON. Instead, I hope to offer support, strategies, education, and advice for people of all walks of life, backgrounds, and make health and happiness accessible for people of all financial capabilities and for all bodies....seriously, ALL OF THEM.

Additionally with this vision, I have started a membership-based business which allows different tiers of membership at VERY affordable rates via Patreon. I am so thrilled to step into this fresh new vision for my future. With everything going on in the world and all the changes have brought, I have been thinking a lot about the direction I want to go, and how I can use my greatest strengths to serve humanity, stepping further into my true purpose. I have always been challenged by business and societal standards for pricing and how in many ways creates a system in which does not allow participation from those who are not able to afford regular classes, seminars, or events. I see opportunity in what Patreon has to offer to teach what I am most passionate about while offering various affordable tiers that can meet anyone where they are at personally and financially. I see it as a hub where I can offer deep diving discussions and tutorials on a variety of subjects from fusion belly dance drills, Body Love Fit Bits, Compassionate Leadership, and Mindset Magic. I can't wait to share more!
